(201) 267-5646 appears as Unknown Caller in repeated automated calls. Reported as a problem nationwide. Company or imposters use various names, eg. Cardmember Services, Credit Card Services, Chase Bank.  Hundreds of complaints online regarding "robocalls" and "phishing scams," description of female recorded voice with instruction to "press 1" to speak with someone about "your last chance to lower your credit card interest rate."  Caller also offers an automated option to "be removed from the calling list," but this confirms that the dialed number is live. Caller representative who come on the line try to extract credit card account and other personal and financial information. Reports of "rude" and "threatening" tactics.  This has been going on for 2 years and is currently prevalent. Invasive, harrassment calls at any hour of day or night.
