Care Credit GE Money Bank My Cat Died & These People Destroyed My Life Internet

I got credit from this company because my cat was dying and I had no other choice, I suddenly had a bill for thousands of dollars. I sent them money each month, but in 2004 I became overwhelmed and signed a contract with a debt management company. The debt management organization I signed with was a fraudulent organization that took my money and basically quit making payments to the Care Credit/GE Money bank. I wrote letters and called GE Money Bank to tell them what had happened but they don’t care. Now they send me dunning letters saying “We received and accepted your Consumer Credit Counseling Service repayment plan. However, we have not received the payment in accordance with the agreement.” I have told them several times that the Consumer credit counseling service ripped me off too; they don’t care. These letters seem as if they are statements, yet they contain no pertinent information—no credit line information, no recorded payment history, no finance charge data, no balance, no APR rate, no total balance due, no minimum amount due, no payment due date. I actually want to pay these people back but they make it incredibly difficult! I have sent them $75 dollars in the past six months…where did my money go? How much more do I owe these people??? Also my cat died.
