Care Credit, GE Money Bank This can't be real! This is criminal! Orlando, Florida

I have made on line payments. Later I get a call that the bank returned my check and charged returned check plus late fees. The account was opened on 6/22/09 with a balance of $975. Due to the above fees, I have since paid $100 online, told the bank did not honor it as I supplied incorrect info and paid on the phone during that call, incurring fees. Second online payment made for $50. Extremely careful with Account info making sure to get it right. Same problem. Balance is now $1006 without further purchase. When I called I was told many people pay on line and do not have this problem so I did a search on GE Money Bank on line payment scam and found many instances of my exact problem:
