Care One Credit Care one credit counseling Scam artists Internet

I have been using this company's services for 2 years now. These people are scam artists. I was happy with these services until I took a closer look at my account today. Just as I was looking on their web site to find out how to pay off my account, I found out that I have been paying $45 a month to them for a service fee and another $5 a month for a member benefits service that I was unaware I was signed up for. Thats just over 25% of what I pay to them per month ($198). With my plan I pay the credit card companies 10% APR. So looking at this I have increased my credit card APR from 20% without careone to 35% with careone. Care one did not have my principal knocked down, all they did was consolidate. What makes this better is when I clicked the opt out button for the member benefits, the screen disappears, its almost comical except its comming out of my pocket. It makes me sick to think I have paid more to them in their hidden fees than I would have paid in interest to the credit card companies if I had not used care one at all. I will be done with these guys after this month and they will never receive positive feedback from me in the future. Like most finance companies, these guys are dirty and they are not on your side.
