CCS Aka CCS Aka UNISOURSE ripoff, never pick up the phone, dishonest fradulent billing, no services LAS VEGAS Nevada

I would like file a claim against company called CCS.
I made this card via phone and after i realized that i need to cancel this, it was too late. Because they don pick up the phone. i waited an hour 3 days a week for whole week.

The problems came later, they started charging money from my checking account with a company called UNISOURSE. I am a student and i don have a lot of money and they take money off of my accout. i started to get negative balances everytime, it doesn matter whether i put my money into my account, because, my bank have to charge me a overdraft fees and all. then more debts for me. and what is the result?

now i am a delinquent and i am really mad. i already filed a claim but my bank cannot suggest anything to me, cuz they do not know what to do.

I need your help. please, help me. i don know what to do.
