I was lead to believe this was a good deal, not knowing it was a scam until later. All details seemed to good to be true. I felt obligated to sign up for this "card". The representative said I would pay 200 dollars for an activation fee but I never activated the card. Also she told me I would receive these vouchers to make up for that 200 dollars. That was false, you first have to pay 500 to receive the 200 dollar voucher. So now I am out of 200 dollars because of there sneaky ways.
