I was charged almost $40 for a product I did not want. My checking account was overdrafted because of this. I was under the impression people had to give permission for others to charge your account. I have already contacted the BBB because this is not a practice a for a company to establish. I was never sent a disc or any material in this manner. I will try and contact the 800 number that is on the web. I just dont want my checking account to be bothered in any way shape or form. I did not want this and do not want this. I would like my money back and an apology for this incident.
