DRI still will not do any thing about the poor service they gave us while in the agreed contract with them to pay off credit cards that were in agreement application. we sent a registerd letter to the management. They returned to us with a call agreeing they would run a trace on their payment to Sears. So far after several
week. They have not returned a call telling us any thing at all.

I have called them they just keep puting me on hold. The Phone answering agent puts you on hold for 20 to 40 minutes.

On 7/13/04 I never was able to talk to any one even if I gave them my client # as ask for my phone reseptionest. Very poor service.

Why does the state of Fla. keep alowing this ripoff Debt Manage- ment service continue to run a rip off service? They have done this to other people also. It is in your reports about their poor service. They have had bad reports on the lawyer owner & manager.. They really messed up my credit, worse than when I started with them. The STINK. THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS TO BE OF ANY HELP TO US AT ALL.
