I signed up for the CIC triple advantage program so that I could view my credit report, that was 4 months ago. I canceled my account within the alloted 30 days, and I am still being charged.

I have called every month since then, and this past time I finally remembered to get the name and service number of the person I spoke with.

I am going to wait and see if they charge me again, if they do Im going to submit all the proof, 2 emails, and the name and serivce number, inorder to prove that I have already canceled.
