Circut City /chase Credit they made errors and I was hit with finance charges back to last year at 24.9% totalling almost $1500.00 Wilmington Delaware

i bought a tv in circut city last year with a circut city credit card allowing me to be finance free for one year as long as payments were made

we moved and changed our address, they never changed the address but the mail was forwarded, payments were made in a timely manner, we sent a check thru wachovia online payment and chase bank ( handling circut city credit ) keyed in the wrong numbers and wachovia rejected the payment of $150.00 and hit me with finances charges for 11 months at 24.9%%. I paid off the balance and put the finance charges in dispute. Now I get a new bill with another 47.99 dollars in finance charges as well as the other $1400.00 in back finance charges, an atttempt to call them results in a recording we have a high call volume and the call disconnects. The account is closed at my request.
