CITY INVESTMENT SERVICES UNION MANAGEMENT UNION FILING SERVICES THREATENING LAW SUITS!! CORONA, California

This company managed to find phone numbers to family members and called them to let them know that a sheriff was going to be serving suit papers and that i needed to call them within the hour or the court proceedings were going to be going on without me present.  This company did not even send any documents to my home at any given time advising that they were now the debt collectors for the original credit card company, nor did they even call me!! -This is a debt from 2005!! They were very ugly over the phone and unprofessional and very persistant!!   They managed to scare me enough to get me to make payment arrangments after go back and forth and placing me on hold to talk to "their client" they now have my credit card number to take money out of my account every month! I have found nothing on this company or if they even exist the onlything that I have found as that they are a bunch of scammers looking for ways to get your money!   Please, Please, Please...someone do something about this so-called company, there is no reason for them to be harrassing other members of our family or even ME!!!
