Clearbreeze Solutions Guaranteed me a savings of $4000 to the tune of $990 drawn on my account but this has been to no avail whatsoever Smyrna Georgia

This company contacted me by phone. They guaranteed me a savings of $4000 to consolidate two credit card accounts I had totaling a little over $17000. I mistakenly okayed them to draw $990 from one of those accounts to cover their charges.

They contacted these two credit card companies to try to lower the interest as a way of helping me save this $4000. However, both banks could not go any lower on the rates as I was at their lowest offering already.
Next, they said they were sending me an American Express Card at a lower interest rate. They sent the card but it was only valid for $2000 which was not going to help me at all.

Meantime I had some extinuating circumstances to come up whereby I incurred even more debt. So I decided to go another route and refinance my house and consolidate these debts.

I contacted Clear Breeze to get my $990 back as they gave it to me in writing that if their guarantee did not pan out that I was entitled to a full refund. However no name appeared on any documentation I received.
When you call them they give you a big run around and ask for your name and reason for calling etc. before you can get through to anyone. Then you are put on hold for an inordinant amount of time.

I feel they are a scam and fraudulent outfit in all respects.
