Clearbreezesolutions credit card fraud Smyna Georgia

In Sept.'08, I was contacted by Clearbreezesolutions telling me that my credit card was going up to 18%. They said they could lower through their program. They kept emphysizing how low they could get the rate. Then she told me they needed to record me saying I understood the program, which I did not. She said, don't worry about it, it is just a formality. Stupid me did it.

Then a manager called Ashley and she said, let me call your credit card company and see how low we can get your rate. She put me on hold, and a few minutes later, she got back on the phone and said, "how does 3% sound?". I said fantastic. She said they were going to send out some information to me and if I don't get the rate cut, or save me 4000.00 dollars, they would refund the charge they were charging for this service of 990.00.

We got on the phone with the creditor and they said they could not change the rate (and it wasn't 18%). I asked her if I would get charged? She said no.

My next credit card bill had the 990.00 charge on it and I have been trying to get a hold of them ever since. You cannot get through by phone or email. The email address is fake. I expect the address is too. On the phone they tell me that they have a recording that I understood the program which was nothing like how I understood it. They just flat out lied.

I think this company passes for a total rip off.
