Basically in November of last year, I Recieved a call from "Clout Visa" saying that I am eligible to recieve a Clout Visa Credit Card.

Things were ok, All I had to do was pay the bill with the min. payment every month (Which for some crazy reason was $10). But today, I got slammed with $47 of unnecessary fees and tolls by their "Speedpay" system, becuase my account is supposedly "Invalid". I know I entered the right numbers when I made the online payment, and when I tried again, those pricks told me with each call "To make a payment, call 1-877-XXX-XXXX". after I called the new number that i was given, i was instructed to call customer service.

I say "Down with Clout!" if all they do is rip people off. I think they should be held accountable and be sued until everyone of their victims be paid back in full.
