I recently had my credit report ran, and noticed that it showed me owing Columbus bank and trust $500.00. I was not that concerned until I noticed the date it stated that I owed them money from, which was shocking to me, as at that time I was overseas. After spending 3 weeks, and numerous hours on the phone that either my balance was zero, or sometimes over a thousand dollars, or given a number that when called, stated that either the account number was unvalid, or my ssn was invalid, or when I called the number it doesn't exist. Do you have any suggestions on how to get this matter resolved?
