Computer Finance Gateway ripoff Charlotte North Carolina

When I was stationed in Nebraska I purchased my Gateway computer back in January of 1999. I then received orders to South Carolina and called Gateway to update my billing information. They informed me that they had sold my account to Computer Finance, LLC. and gave me their phone number. I called them and gave them my address.

Three months after calling them I still didn't receive a bill so I decided to call them again. This time they said that my account was 3 months past due and that they wanted a payment over the phone. I told them no I am not paying for 3 months of past due bills because I have never paid late and I also told them that I called them three months ago to give them my current address. They told me they would send me a bill. Well it is now a year later and I have called every month for the bill and every month they tell me I am passed due. Like I couldn't figure out I was passed due becuase I don't recieve a bill to pay. They gave me a fax number and a ladies name (Renee Whitsield) and told me to fax her. It's been a month and still nothing.

Does anyone work at Computer Finance LLC that has half a brain and actually knows what they are doing??????
