Credit One Bank Credit Protection Plan Fraud Las Vegas Nevada

After a year of dealing with people who do not speak english well/at all, I finally find out that I have been enrolled in a credit protection program which I did not ask/or sign up for. I also would like to mention that I was asked multiple times if I would like to sign up with their credit protection plan.

13 months of looking at my statement and calling to dispute charges and now I find out that I am enrolled in this plan. I was put on hold for 15 minutes each time and by the one hour mark, I didn't have the minutes during the day any longer. Calling back during off times, it took over an hour of being transferred around before I was told that I would not be refunded my money.

This company is a FRAUD. I have no doubt that they charge people incorrectly on a ordinary basis, and hope that people don't catch it.
The charge is not stated on the statements. If you have a card through this company I would call and see if you are enrolled.
