Creditor's International Calling on a Saturday and lying about who they were Buffalo New York

I was called on a Saturday. The guy on the other line told me that he was a representative from the Debt relief company I'm using. He claimed that one of the companies that I was negotiating with was going to take me to court and that the debt relief company was out of options and that I should find a way to settle. In my mind, I had a way to take of this but I had to make a 401k loan to handle the settlement. When I mentioned this to the man on the other end of the phone (Whose name I did not get...stupid me), he then stated that he would transfer me over to a rep from this so called handling agent of Bank of America. Her name was Stacey Janczak. I did get her information: Phone number 877-770-6326 x3923. I panicked because I thought I was talking with the Debt relief company and they were directing me to handle this debt this way. Stacy gave me a drop down amount that I had to pay or else! I contacted my 401k provider and I was eligible for a loan. I approved the release of the loan and paid Creditors Interchange the dollar amount that Stacey quoted to me. After the transition, I got very disgruntled with my Debt relief company (Enlightened Debt Solution, Inc.) that I gave them a call to cancel their service. When I spoke to my counselor (Terry Williams), he stated that something was definitely wrong with what happened to me because Enlightened Debt Solution, Inc. is not open on Saturdays and asked me to reconsider his service. It hit me at that time that I was LIED to by this gentleman who stated he was a representative of my Debt relief company. I believe he was a collector from Creditor's Interchange, and that he and Ms. Janczak were partnered into scaring me into payment and it worked. I had every intention of paying back my debt, but through my negotiator. I feel like I've been "raped" by this company. I work for a collection agency (Human Resources) and I should have had my guard up when this transpired. I also have a second debt to Bank of America and Creditor's Interchange is handling that one as well. I have spoken to them once and I mentioned to the person that was trying to collect on the other debt that I was lied to by his company, and that I would go after them for lying to me. I didn't hear from them for a couple of months. Now, I'm being called every other day by them including weekends. I feel that this is now a form of harrassment. I will write letters asking them to stop calling me and to deal with my Debt relief company. We'll see. Thanks for taking the time to listen to my concern.
