Crescent Bank And Trust Rude Rude Rude Telephone Abuse and Harrassment New Orleans Louisiana

I had a few financial problems causing my car payment(s) to be late. While I do appreciate the company changing my due date, I do not appreciate the verbal abuse. My representative speaks to you in a "matter of fact" tone, but much worse was her supervisor. He calls at work to contant remind you of what you promised to do and never giving the individual a chance to get a word in. I feel this company preys on the poor, or people with poor credit or just recovering financial woes. Not one time do you get a thank you for making a payment on time, but you are the "devil incarnate" if you lag behind. My due date was changed from the 24th of the month to the 5th. I was then told I was actually behind a month since my due date was changed however, when this was set up, I was not told this. I was lead to believe Crescent Bank was "helping me", not realizing I was being set up for the "kill". I have never in my life be spoken to or made to feel as worthless as this company has done. I have been told I need to make my payment by debt card so they can mark it even though I have explained that if I send it by MoneyGram, I do not have a fee. It is waived. I have a fee with Crescent Bank if I use my debt card. At this point I do not even feel comfortable in giving this info to them...Credit score does not a person make. Sometimes people fall on bad times, that does not mean they are bad people. When they call my job, they are rude to everyone, to the point, our receptionist has even made comment to our company owner. It appears Crescent Bank does not care who they insult and if they jepordize your job which you need to make a car payment, so be it. It is amazing how many hoops you have to go thru to get phone numbers of higher ups! They must hide so they can set the "SHARKS" on you.
