I received a phone call from this company called CSC and I was assured of an unsecured VISA or Mastercard with an initial credit line of $1000. There would be no annual fee and the APR would be 12% but an one-time processing fee of $229.00 would be required.

I gave my checking a/c number and the processing fee was debited in one or two days but I never received my card. I tried to call the customerservice umber the number was no good!!!!!
