I saw their TV ads, and bought in hook, line, and Sinker.

Sure, they talked a good fight UNTIL they had my money.

Then my creditors began to SUE me, which D.R.U.S.A. said RARELY happened.

Then I learned that NONE of my creditors had even been contacted, much less negoitated with.

All you ever get when you call "Client Services" is an answering machine.

I had to FAX them 38 times to withdraw from their program.

They have REFUSED to return my money which they are holding in escrow.

Anyone with any advice ?

Upon reviewing your account...

You did not receive a refund because if you check your bank statement, payments to us came back NSF. Meaning we cannot refund money that we did not receive. I show you enrolled 7/22/2008. You canceled on 9/24/2008. 2 months is not even enough time for your accounts to go to collections. So if your did receive a summons which we do not see where you sent that to us, you had to have been deliquent on your payments prior to joining our program. We did receive your complaint letter but am unsure how we can help you further. You were only enrolled 2 months, payments were NSF.
