Debt XS LP ripoff Dallas Texas

I just today realized that Debt XS is a Big Rip off. I have now paid them 3,148.00 For there fee. I jave paid legal fees through there lawers amounting $600.00. I have 3 judgements against me when they told me that rarely happens.

I asked one day what it is they are exactly doing for me . There reply was we have tried to make settlements but you don't have enough money saved to pay. I had only been in it for a couple months and all the fees were going to them.

Almost two years later this is the mess I'm in. I was
layed off twice in the past two years.
They also told me not to have contact with the credit card companies. I see now why. If I could make a better deal than them , they wouldn't make any money.
If I could get a refund I could pay some bills off.

Now they want me to settle with these companies myself. What a difference now that they have there fees.
I faxed them legal papers and they wouldn't reply.
I tried to do the right thing by paying these companies back . Now there is all these other charges on the accts.

it was also explained to me when there was a big amount of money they paid these credit card companies the settlement amount in lump sums of pooled money.
If someone can give me some help I would appreciate it.
If I had any money left I would go bankrupt. Next I won't even have a checking acct. to pay my bills with.
I really don't know what to do about this.
