Debticated Consumer Counseling ripoff dishonest no answers broken promises perfect credit-now bad credit due to this company Frederick Maryland

I had perfect credit before joining debitcated. I joined the program under the terms of low interest rates, one bill, discounts(after 6 months of ontime pymts, my pymts would be lower by them crediting me), and my own counselor(which I still have his name).

4 months after joining the program, I kept recieving harrassing phone calls (from my bills I consolodated with this company), late charges, and I no longer had my own counselor nor could I rarely get though to speak to someone.

3 months ago I applied for a auto loan and was denied due to bad credit caused by this companies mishandling of my accounts.

I have contacted them (after calling 4 straight days waiting for someone to pick up the phone), let them know about my credit and they said they would take care of it for me. Still no help!

My credit is ruined! I pay them $18 a month to pay my bills with a low iterest rate. I always pay on time (automatically deducted from my account), but I still get late charges from the bills they are sending out. What's wrong with this picture?!
I'm being ripped off!!!!!
