DEBTICATED CONSUMER COUNSELING, ripoff, deceptive, misleading, fraudulent, shady, unethical business practices! READ THE CONTRACT IN ITS ENTIRETY. FREDERICK Maryland

This is a followup report to my initial complaint last June. I have since contacted the consumer protection agencies in both New York and Maryland, in addition to filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau in Maryland.

In each case, I was turned down flat, due to unwittingly signing a one-sided contract while under pressure from creditors. With Debticated's assurance that there was no hidden agenda contracturally, and that they would see to it the harrassing phone calls from creditors would cease, I signed the contract. Lo and behold, Debticated kept my entire first payment, and the harassing calls from creditors continued! BEWARE. Do NOT make the same mistake that I did. READ THE CONTRACT IN ITS ENTIRETY.

I was NOT informed of the following during the original telephone conversation with Debticated:

That the entire first payment amount was treated as a "contribution" for so-called "services" rendered, without a dime of it going to creditors, while claiming to be non-profit at the same time!

That debt consolidation is considered to be the SAME as a bankruptcy on a credit report!

That a refund is only issued within so many days of signing, NOT once payment is received!

However, I am not through with these underhanded CULPRITS yet! I still have a couple more legal avenues remaining to pursue at additional expense. How can I ignore the fact that they still have $1300 of my money?

Any other victims interested in banding together to file a class-action suit against Debticated, please let me know!
