Debticated Consumer Credit Counseling Fraudulent, rip-off, dishonest, liars Huntington New York

It seems Debticated is still at it! As with all the other victims they told me they had interest frozen with my creditor, and I paid them $1400 over a period of 14 months.

Here it is 2 years later and I was served papers to appear in court from the same creditor I thought had been paid off 2 years ago, only now the bill is almost $2800.

Now I have to not only pay a higher amount but once again make payments over several years. I have tried contacting Debticated and lo and behold they have changed their name. Unable to contact them.

I did contact my attorney generals office and filed a complaint. It seems Ohio also sued them several years ago.

I know they are still out there operating under another name. Please be advised they are liars, rip-offs and fraudulent. I just don't understand how they can still be allowed to do this to hard working poor people. The should be fined and sent to prison and made to pay back everyone that they took advantage of with interest.

I plan to pursue this until they are found and I get restitution. I urge everyone to file a complaint with you attorney generals office and if they don't take it up, call Consumer Protection Agencies and your local news teams.
