#1 Consumer Suggestion

If you havent already...

AUTHOR: Susan - This City (USA)

If you havent already, next time they call demand to know exactly what the bill is for.

HSBC is who handles card debt for places like Costco, Best Buy, Neiman Marcus, Saks, Yamaha, Helzberg Diamonds and Fingerhut.  Probably more.

Demand that they tell you exactly what the debt is for and go from there.  You might really owe on an old debt.
