I joined Discount Debt after a friendly chat with one of their Reps. I was not in arrears with my creditors but I did want to pay off my bills quicker 3 years they said. Sounded great.
Oh my want a mistake. Not only have they made me very very late on every bill my credit rating went to crap 500 from 659. They withdrawed from my checking account twice when I had asked them not to causing my checking account to go minus and checks are bouncing left and right oh so much more The way I see it the owe me big. Ruining my credit non sufficient fees to my bank.
Please don't go there. It is not worth it. I have every conversation in writting because I only dealt with them by email so that I would have documented statements from each time we spoke.

We just found out about this site and will attempt to answer each complaint at this time
I was not able to locate this client.
Melissa states that we withdrew and additional $285.00 from her bank account without authorization and sent her on a path to being overdrawn. I don't know how we could have made additional drafts without he written authorization. I will tell her the same thing today that we would have told her at that time-If we made a mistake that caused charges to her account, please send us a bank statement showing the charges and we will refund the money. She can reach us at (800) 913-9120 if she needs the address or fax number.
