Emerge Mastercard excessive poor customer service harassment never-ending fee ripoff Columbus Georgia

We had a card first from Get Smart then just Providian then all of sudden when i go to make my payment online i get a page that says no longer available info will be mailed It is now Emerge mastercard. I was sold without notice. We got one week behind I paid all fees and thought the 10.00 fee to use the pay by phone would be added to my payment but instead was cahrged on my bill making me over the limit and

late now with all the crap instead of 1100.00 credit card they say i owe 1402.00 with 291 being late and over the limit charges we got another loan to pay them off and at the time balance was 1315.00 so we sent that but it is not posted YET! I tried to call customer service and also when I tried to pay more i get the your account is not overdue and disconnected no way to get a live person !!!! This company is very poor!!!!!! They call my husband at work Everyday!!!!!!
