I had a $1,200 credit line That i've been paying on time for the last 2 1/2 years and my balance has never left the $1200 mark as a matter of fact my balance went over the credit line amount.

Providian transfer my account over to Emerge mastercard about 2 years ago and it's been hell ever since. Their customer service dept. takes a life time to get through and when you finally get through. They very rude to you and won't explain any charges that you have on the account. I have not use this card for about 2 years and i'm still being charge. I don't know what else to do. I can't afford to pay the whole balance now but I've been making more then the minimun pay and the balance is still the same.
