Express Consolidation mistreated and ripped off false promises ripoff now in the worst shape ever Delray Beach Florida

I signed up with express consolidation on March 19 2003; it's has been awful! First of all I was not told they held back the first months payment. All I was told was to get paid whatever was due before the end of the month to give the paper work time to be accepted. I asked if the two accounts due at the end of March was ok and was told yes. That was my first comlaint & all I got was a sympathic ears; no results.

Second month came still no payments just more late charges. I called and complained and they said my creditors would charge late charges the first three months then my account would be reaged. I told them my creditors said would not be charged for late charges if paid on time. They told me they would take care of it. On my own I got my creditors to give me back some late charges.

Third month, I asked them when could I send my payments in so my creditors could get their payments by the 19th of each month they said send it in the tenth. Still no payments and it did me no good to get late charges credited back because just more late charges. They finally made one payment to each of my creditors at the end of May; I am now in the worst shape ever.
