Express Cosolidation ripoff Delray Beach Florida

Express Cosolidation Inc. made me to pay 664.00$ for 64 mo., to close 5 credit cards. Two mo. latter, they call me - Randall L. Leshin and informed me that they are not abble to close three of them. I was not agree and ask them to send me back my first pay of 664.00$. I did beacouse they broke the contract, they never pay notting to the credit cards, they changed my % interest.

I called and asked many times to send me back the money, but they refused to do it, and Randall L. Leshin sent me a massage. He informed me that will send 200$ ? I am not agree. They broke the agreement and were not abble to close my accounts. I have evidences of all my steps, and I can proof my words. I am poor person and can not afford attorney, but I trust. I called for help from Express Cosolidation, but found discrimi nation.
