F&M Bank Phone call requesting CC number due to 3rd party intiatives Tennessee Nationwide

I received a phone call from 408-490-1340 claiming that they were F&M bank. I was requested to press 1 for more information regarding the call. When I pressed one, it told me up front that I may need to enter information such as a Credit Card number in order to verify my identity. I hung up immediately because I knew that a legitimate CC company would never request the full CC number to verify identity. Whenever I call the number back it goes to a recording stating that it is Crystal Solar. Whenever I do a Google search for Crystal Solar, it gives me a number of (408) 228-4488. When I call that number it goes to a recording for a company called NetCal Consulting.

I was able to locate the Crystal Solar company on the City of Santa Clara Active Businesses list. Below is the link that I located. The 408-490-1340 number is the number that is located under the Santa Clara website as the official number for that business.
