thank god for something like this. we had to file bankruptcy in september of 2002 they were going to foreclose on us and we came up with the payments to make good on the year. i was told by this scam co. that we wouldnt have to worry about payments untill we were formally discharged.

then we get a phone call saying we owe january's payment,no problem ,we send it in and wait for our 1098 form. the form comes and it shows only 2 months worth of interest. we call and are put on hold and then sent to bankruptcy dept. we are still waiting to hear from them!!!!!!!! these people need to be stopped before theytake everything.

Well we got the supposed information from this scum company and they proceeded to tell use that all of our back fees were used for lawyer fees and some kind of daily accumulated interest.

We had no idea about thois and called our lawyer and asked them about it,well I suppose the can do this but they still would only give use credit for 2 months worth of payments.I know it was our fault for falling behind and they had promised to work with use.Yeah right, by making 3 payments in one month so what were we to live on ...they didn't care! To make a long story short we have been up to date on all our payments and their scumbag lawyers tried to force us into abandonment action well our lawyer talked to them and so far nothing has come of this but we are trying like hell to get refinanced as soon as we can.If anyone out there has any idea on a class action suit in Ohio please let me know.We'll do anything to get these bastards off everyones back.
