Fairbanks Capital Corp Loan Servicing Center RIPOFF COMPANY THAT SHOULD BE CLOSED! Jacksonville Florida

At the end of October we received a notice from Olympus Mortgage who is located in Texas -- who we had a Forebearance agreement with in the amount of 3823.24 monthly for five months we were at the time of notice on our last payment, we were instructed to make that payment to Fairbanks Capital Corp.

which we did I received a phone call from them stating that our payment was never received and that we were two months behind on our mortgage, I informed them that this was not true that we had Western Unioned our payment on the due date of the 15th and that I had all the receipts, they informed me that my payment was found and that I still owed a half months mortgage payment -- I told them no I was up to par and that I didnt owe anymore money to them, they informed me that they would have to check it out.

I received another call stating that I was all set with my monthly payment but I now still owed 1086.00 on late fees they informed me that I had overpayed in Sept. by 514.00 which they applied to the late fees so now they claim I owe 631.00 in late fees. Part of our Forebearance Agreement was including all late fees and even if they were'nt included 98.00 x 5 months does not even come close to the amount they want. I have made at least 20 phone calls to Fairbanks Capital Corp. all you get is automated voice -- they pass the buck no one knows anything!!!!!!!!!

I have been promised phone calls back never hearing from anyone, yet they have the nerve to phone my home at least 3 times a day and leave message upon message! I got the collections department and they tell me to just pay it there is nothing they can do. I am so aggravated with this company I have a folder full of papers they have sent me with different amounts do, I am not even certain what my actual monthly payment is, every month it says something different. I really wish someone would help unfortunate people like ourselves who are trying to get back on top of things but with companies like this I believe they take advantage of the less fortuate!!!!!!
