FCNB Card Processing Center LIARS! They flat out STOLE MY $80. Rip-off! Old Beth Page, Hicksville New York

FCNB Visa - FCNB could not to go out/file bankrutpcy in style. They had to hire a fraudulent company to handle their accounts for them. And had to get a company that is NO BETTER THAN THEY WERE!!!
I have been trying to contact a company called the Hicksville Processing Center at 516-576-8706. Which the recording tells you that they are unable to process the request with the information provided thru the automated system. Please send in a written request and then hangs up. This company has CASHED MY $80 check for my payment and now will not answer the phone or give a telephone number that works so I can find out why they did not forward my payment to the proper place!!!
These people TOOK MY MONEY and are causing me to receive phone calls from ANOTHER Card Processing Center and causing my account to be delinquent to this other company NCO that is acting on the behalf of FCNB that should have received the payment. They flat out STOLE MY $80. These people are leaving telephone numbers that do not operate correctly, STEALING funds for payments nor have ANY FORWARDING INFORMATION!!
I am not so sure that this NEWEST company is ANY BETTER!!! NCO at 1-800-865-2353, but BEFORE I SEND ANOTHER DIME!!!! I will be contacting my attorney!!!!

Unfortunately, I 2 accounts with FCNB. 1 - FCNB Spiegel 1- FCNB Visa, I paid off the Spiegel account back in December. So in short I just so happen to call this place back to try something else. I put in my account number for my old spiegel card, and that worked. This company do not have ANY information on my Visa account which is open but have me in their systems under my spiegel account which is paid in full and closed. Well why did they keep my $80, if they do not have an account to apply it to or the account was closed and paid in full??? More updates forthcoming, because I was told by them to send a copy of the cashed check and a letter to this company. The letter is going out today. I would like to be expecting my $80.
