I signed up in 10/2006 through Fidelity Reserves, to consolidate my debt. They advised a payment of $270.00 a month would be automatically withdrawn from my account and my debt of approx. $13000.00 will be paid off in 3 years.

In 9/2007 I called the company to cancel my contract, as I was going to do a refinance on my home, and this would pay off all my credit card debt, the representative told me I would be reimbursed for $385.00. I was very confused as i had paid $2970.00 total for the 11 months prior. I was aware of a $22 fee per month, but I was not aware of any other fees. Also, within the 11 months, no creditors were paid off. So the company took $2585.00 in unknown fees.

I kept a copy of my original contract and no where do I read about these fees, other than the $22.00.

Therefore, today I am writing my rip off report.
