Financial Freedom Of America-Global Solutions Scammers collected money and did not contact any creditors Dallas Texas

Financial Freedsom of America made lots of promises that they did not fulfill. They collected about $8,000 from me and never settled one creditor. The They claimed that they did not help me b/c they did not receive the welcome packet. Are you kidding me? Six or so months went by and creditors were still calling me and threatening to sue! When I contact FFOA, they told me that they did not receive my welcome packet so they were unable to help me.

At this point I requested a refund and they refused to give me one. The gal that I was talking to was rude and didn't care that they had just stolen $8,000. She became snotty and unprofessional. I requested to be transferred to a supervisor and he too wasn't of any help. I requested to discontinue their program and they told me that was fine.

What they didn't tell me is that I had to put the request in writing in order for them to stop taking money out of my checking account. I had to put a stop payment on the account which was another fee! There was some money available for me to use towards the creditors and that is all they would refund.

Then, when they refunded it, they charged me another month of maintainance fees. I couldn't beleive it! All they kept saying is that I signed a contract and they will not be refunding my money. Wait a minute....didn't I sign a contract with the creditors that I am not paying too?

They encourage you to back out of those contracts but their so called contract is set in stone. Never use Financial Freedom of America as you will just be giving your money away!
