First Atlantic Savings ripoff credit card scam Champlain new york

The first week of march a man named Paul William called me at home, he offered me a credit card with up to a 5,000 dollar limit. and said that it was a 299 dollar fee that they would debit from my bank account.
I set it up to come out on Mach 15, 04. On March 12, 04 I called the company to cancel and was told I needed to give them 72 buisness hours to do that, and since that was the friday before it could not be done.
I was told I would recive a package in thirty day's, and to fill it out and send it back. exactly 30 days later I got a box filled with flyers, catalogs,& a paper for a reloadable mastercard.
After I found out I had to load it, I called First Atlantic and told them I wanted my money back. They told me to send the packet back. So I overnighted it back.
One week later I called back, and was told they didn't recive the package. I got the shipping information and even who signed for it. Then I was told I had to write a letter to Preston Langley to cancel & get my refund. So I did (twice) .
Then Preston said there was a paper he would send for me to sign and send back for a refund, and it would take 10 days to get to me. 15 days later I called back and was told that I was not getting a refund, because I didn't do what It said to do in the package I sent back.
I asked to talk to Preston or another manager, and like always they said no, that they would have to call me back.
They refuse to give me a direct number to Preston or anyone else. Now he won't return my call's I have even faxed letters asking him to call me back. It is now June 13.04 he still has not called, infact when I called last the So called customer service Rep hung up on me. I hope you can help me get these people before to many other hard working people get
shafted to.
