First Capial Consumers lying cheating stealing jerks! Toronto Ontario

I was at home and recieved a call from this company offering a mastercard for $199 and I would get a $2,500 credit limit. well i fell for the okey doke. i gavemy bank information and they charged me , twice! i called and called for a year. and no card its been almost 2 years now i nothing. this was in june of 2001.

i have sice moved and closed my account and changed banks. i even contacted them and gave my new address so MAYBE i could recieve me card, but nothing. i thought this would be a good thing for me i had no credit and i have a sick child, so i thought well maybe this will help with hosptial and doctors bills. but now now i have this collection form the bank on top of the medical and now have bad credit because of this lying company.i just want my money back.
