First Capital Bank Consumer Service Group ripoff/deception,fraud, con-artists Thanks ripoff report Toranto Ontario

We were contacted by a male advising us that our credit rating had just been lowered and were elligible for a master card with 0% APR and high credit limit.

All we had to do was allow them to take the $199.00 up front and we would receive the master card within the next few weeks.

Received no card, eventhough $199.00 was taken from our bank account 7/1/02. After a month and still no card, we began trying to contact the company. This is next to impossible and if you do get through, no one there can help you.

We have demanded our money back by phone and fax, and still nothing. We are so grateful that rip-off is helping us and the contless others caught in this scam.
These people must be stopped!
