This company is a big ripoff they take advantage of poor people with only one income i donot have money to give these rich ass people

i'am a single black person with four children and struggling hard to survive i would like for someone to help me get my hard earned money back .219.00 they did not provide the credit card that they promise (visa). please someone help me get my money back.
