First Capital Consumers Group, 1st Capital Consumers Group ripoff took me for $199. promising a Visa credit card and a Master card consumer fraud ripoff Canada

On July 5, 2002 I was contacted by phone that I had been approved for a Visa Credit Card and also A Master Ctedit Card. I could them for the unheard of rate of 9.9% for the Visa, for credit of 2500. The Master Card's interest would be 6.9% and for 2000.

The lady that called me said her name was Mary Johnson and told me the only problem was that I would have to pay a one time fee of $199. to be able to get the cards at these interests.

The money would be debited out of my checking account and, that as soon as the recieved thier money I would recieve my cards with in 7 to 10 business days. She gave me a cusomer service number (416-488-4664) and told me her name and ext. # 499 so that if I had any questions I could call. They debited my checking account for the $199.

When I had not recieved the cards by July 29, I called the number that I had bee given. I spoke with a man that gave his name as Richard and was told that the cards were late because of the response that they had recieved to thier offer but, that I should have my cards no later then the 9th of Aug. and if I had not recieved them by then to call back.

Well I still haven't received my cards. I have called and called the number that I was given but all I get is a message that all agents are busy and to please call back. I found your site when I was trying to find an address or some way to reach the mand get my money back. I had almost despaired when I found you folks. Could you please help me too to get our money back?
