First Capital Consumers ripoff fraudulent ripoff business Ontario, Canada

First Capital Consumers first told me I was approved for a mastercard with a $2500 limit in May of 2002 once I recieved the package about 6 weeks later, it was a pay as you go card and when I called them back they told me to send the package back and I would recieve a full refund.

It is now November 27, 2002 and afer hundreds of phone calls, even one with a woman named Judy Brown the supervisor who stated the money was scheduled to be returned on Oct. 22, 2002 and told me if the money was not there to call her back.

Well Now the end of November the company no longer has a phone # to be reached at I am out my money.

If they have any access to this I just want them to know what crooks they really are to steal from innocent people that are only trying to get ahead in life.
