they debited my account $199.00 for a supposed credit card offer .....

First Capital Credit, debited my account for $199.00 on July 26th. They obviously have no intention of extending me the $5000.00 credit line they offered on MasterCard. When I called 416.488.2548, not only did the operator, Charles, admit that I had a right to complain, but hinted he too knew the company was fraudulent.
