First Consumers National Bank ripoff Norcross Georgia

i worked for spiegel for quite some time and was lucky enough the other day before i finished up my employment to talk to a customer (just like all of you) who acutally had a toll free number that will (it is tested) get you someone from card processing center on the phone. 1-866-503-0872 (possibly need to press 00 after dialing to get a rep, possibly a very rude one... on the phone) this is another number 866-507-6738 (not tested) im thinking something is up because over the last year no one(including eddie bauer, newport news, or spiegel) had these numbers now they are popping up, so hopefully all of you have frightened them into doing something...like actually speaking to you... good luck to all of you and please do not hold this against spiegel reps or reps the other companies, most of us are heartbroken by the stories we hear of ruined credit = ruined lives all done by the hands of fcnb (actually card processing center, fcnb went out of business last march because they were taking your credit card payments and not passing them on to spiegel, newport, or eddie. Please pass this number along to all groups, people, etc who seem in need of it... it will make my job and your lives a lot easier
