First USA, Bank one ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more Springfield Montana Wilmington Delaware Missouri

First of all I would like to apologize for everything the cardmembers have been through,I worked for the company for only four months and did my best to take care of these people,wanna know a little secret,credit line increases,fees,bts,interest rates are based on a score the company gives you,hmmmm lets see how much they pay us every year,your late 2 times you interest can go as high as 26%,if your not a value segment 3 or higher you will not be forgiven if your late one time,your interest rate will be outragous,

and well everytime you call they will say im so sorry unfortunately theres nothing better i can do for you,

its all about the money,customer satisfaction is so important there notttttt i have had to literally keep check on the cardmembers when they have issues because the manager is not qualified to do it nor will take the time,

they dont care about their customers or employees,they kept 8 hundred dollars of my commision for doing a good job,and fired me because i was in the hospital for a week because my health was bad.Again I am sorry you all have been taking advantage off i wish the best for you in everything.God Bless.
