First Usa Bank, a Bank One Co. AARP, Visa would not charge purchase, hold on account, thousands in credit line, lied to, ripoff Wilmington Delaware

On or about Mar. 22,2004 I made a purchase from an apparel co using my Bank One,First Usa, AARP, Visa Card. My sales person from the company called me back stating that the credit card company refused the card. We called the card company and they said they thought it was stolen, yet 2 smaller purchases were recorded during that time frame. The card company told us to call the apparel co and have it run back through. We asked the people at First Usa,Bank One,AARP, Visa to call the apparel co.

However, they refused.

This apparel company is very important to us and even today they can have bad thoughts about whether they wish to continue to do business with us. We called the apparel co.,They ran the card again and again the card co. refused payment. I had several thousand unspent dollars on the credit card. Previously we have mailed our payment 7 days before due date but it got recorded after due date.

Something just does not smell right with this company .
