Fleet Credit Card Services consumer fraud ripoff Fleet Services let Balance transfer Checks post to account after a fraud alert I requested was removed without my knowledge Wilmington Delaware

Fleet credit card Services Is a bunch of scam artists,they let purchases and Balance Transfer Checks post on my account after I notified them that I my computer was haked.

I called Fleet to keep charges off my account, Customer services at my request put an alert on the account,I ask them to make sure that no charges could be posted to my account, and was promised that they had taken care of it.

Two weeks later they took the alert off without my permission.They let $3,600.00 post to my account befor I could
get them to stop. the only thing that stoped it was close the account completely to protect myself.

when I called them I was told no charges had been put on the account, That was the begining of the Nightmare, Fleet let this happen and wont send me a Fraud packet, they say its domestic.
Because, they sent a new card and Someone had activated it, fraud says from my home that's a lie because, they gave me three numbers of the number they were not mine.
the balance transfer Checks were stold from me either from the mail or my home,some must have been expired if they were taken from my home.

Fleet has called me three times or more a day trying to get me to make a payment on the account with fraud on it, but I have had one nasty call from fraud, every call to fraud has been made by me or iniciated by me.
they never call back, and they are acuseing me of lieing to them about what customer service told me about not leting charges post to my account they are a bunch of thiefs and consumers are at their mercy,Fleet is a bunch of head hunters preying on consumers. Due to them my credit is wreked and they now are threting to sue me.
