We keep paying on the balance shown and have paid extras that they asked for but they keep sending letters every month stating were still over credit limit. I know it is wrong we have not used the card in two-to three months. but still get charged 35.00 over fee and 30.00 late fee which I have not been late. I pay online as scheduled. These people need to be put in court so we can have our money back and they can't do services any more.
