Freedom Financial Management not a very trustworthy company Santa Ana California

My mother ran up a huge credit card debt and sought help. She called up freedom financial and they advised her that she would have to pay 12% of the debt up front and then $880 per month. Before she signed the paperwork, she asked me if I could check out the company.

I called them to discuss her case and asked them a few pointed questions after checking the company out on the BBB. By the way, they receive an F on the BBB website. I was not able to speak to the person that initially spoke to my mother, so I attempted to call them back on the 3-way with my mother on the phone. They blocked my telephone number so I would not be able to get through to them again. She called them on her phone on a 3-way and it went straight to voicemail when we put in his extension.

Coincidentally, they called her back right after we called them and said they would welcome a phone call from me to verify the information. I have been calling from 2 separate numbers all day, I cannot get a call-back yet.

They seem like a very shady operation. I dont know if they are good or bad, but something is definitely not 'kosher' with them.
